Return Policy:
Items must be returned within 15 days from time of pick up or receiving of shipment (in condition bought) for store or account credit. Please send an email to colonialhouseprimitives@gmail.com for further questions. Some discounted items, door-busters or items bought with a coupon code are final sale. You must have proof of purchase via a receipt or invoice. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer. Craft night deposits are not refundable. Any items added accidently to your cart and paid for on your accord will be returned as account credit only.
Shipping Policy: Items typically ship out within 7-10 business days. Time may vary if items are handmade. Depending on the location, size and weight of your item, shipping price is subject to change. If you choose local pickup and decide you would like your item shipped, you will be invoiced for standard cost of shipping and shipping will be delayed. If you receive a damaged item or your packages were lost in shipping you must: Keep item in original packaging. Send detailed pictures of all damaged items and their original packaging, including inside packing materials (brown paper, bubble wrap, styrofoam, packing peanuts, etc.) to colonialhouseprimitives@gmail.com You must then file a claim with USPS and send us your claim number or you may ship the items back at your cost for us to file the claim. Please note that all of our packages are insured through USPS.
Pick-up Policy: Items must be picked up within 60 days from fulfillment. If not picked up within 60 days, it will be returned to inventory and no refund will be available. All packages must be checked before you leave the store for damaged or incorrect items. We are not responsible for any damage after your item leaves the store.
